As a creative team, Amy Currie and Joshua Stenseth bring diverse personal and professional backgrounds to the table. With over 25 years of combined experience, the HotDish team first came together at Panna Cooking, a digital video cooking and recipe platform hosted by award-winning chefs and backed by A+E Networks.
In 2018, the content caught the eye of Discovery and Panna was sold to the legacy giant to become the foundation for the Food Network Kitchen (FNK) app. Joshua and Amy transitioned to the FNK team, continuing to produce award-winning content in long-form instructional videos, live cooking videos, TV Shows, and more.
With a strong collaborative foundation, a mutual love for cooking, and the intention of elevating the art of culinary production, Joshua and Amy decided to embark on a new adventure, launching HotDish Productions in 2019.
